Independent creators bring the games. The community discovers, votes and helps decide what deserves a cabinet. Not just another link directory: a real place in our shared 3D world.

When submissions open, the board could surface what's new, what's gaining verified support and what the community actually wants to play.
The planned Trending formula may include recent voting momentum, freshness and separately labeled boosts. Final weighting is not decided.

03 / VOTES, STARS & FUTURE HOLDERS
ONE COMMUNITY.
ONE RESULT.
Support should follow a player across platforms. Voting on the website and via Telegram must flow into one shared, server-verified result.
One verified base vote.
We envisage linking website and Telegram participation to the same verified Telegram account, so using both channels can't double-count a vote. Free voting would not require a token or a purchase.
Telegram Stars boosts.
We are considering optional, paid Telegram Stars support that could give a project extra visibility or limited score weight. Stars support would be visibly separate from free votes and subject to published limits.
Possible holder perks.
We may explore modest participation perks for future CN1 holders. No token, eligibility rule, multiplier or financial benefit is announced here. Nothing is active.
Make cheating harder.
Server-side vote records, validated identity, duplicate-vote prevention, rate limits, anomaly review and traceable boosts. No system can guarantee zero fake accounts, but obvious manipulation should not decide the floor.
04 / BEFORE THE FIRST VOTE
THE RULES
COME FIRST.
We want developers to trust the contest and players to understand exactly what they're supporting.
Real games only.
A working, safe demo and a review process before a project gets listed. External games won't receive access to CN1 XP, wallets or guilds by default.
Transparent weighting.
Free votes, paid Stars boosts and any future holder signal would be disclosed separately, with caps decided before opening voting.
Selection, not a sale.
Gameplay quality, compatibility and moderation will matter. A large wallet or a pile of Stars should not automatically buy a permanent cabinet.
